The school welcomes a large number of international students thanks to the various recruitment processes in place.

1^st year

Chimie ParisTech - PSL recruits international candidates in the 1st year of the engineering degree :

By competitive examination after the preparatory classes for the Grandes Ecoles. This means that the international student is already in the French system
By selection of students with a Bachelor 3 or equivalent degree via the school's Admission sur Titre procedure.

2^nd year

Chimie ParisTech - PSL mainly recruits international students in the 2nd year of the engineering degree through several routes:

- In double European or international degrees. Find out more

- By admission via the ParisTech international programme.

- By selection of students with a Master 1 or equivalent degree via the school's Admission sur Titre procedure. Find out more

The 2nd year courses are also open to students on Erasmus or international study trips.

Finally, for students from partner universities in the ATHENS network, it is possible to discover the school in November for a week's course about an emblematic theme.

3^rd year

International students can come and attend 3rd year courses as part of an Erasmus or international study trip only.

Master’s in Science and Technology

Master’s 1 programs are open to students holding an L3 (or equivalent) and Master’s 2 programs are open to students holding an M1 (or equivalent). Of the Master’s programs offered by PSL University, Chimie ParisTech actively participates in four of them.

Specialized Master’s in Business Engineering and Technology Projects

The goal of the Specialized Master’s in Business Engineering and Projects in the field of Analysis and Diagnostics is to train highly qualified, multi-disciplinary and operational executives who are knowledgeable about cutting-edge technological applications and skilled in the management of complex projects and performance management techniques.

This MS is open to scientists and engineers with 5 to 8 years of post-baccalaureate study. Upon graduation, these students will be able to create synergies between R&D, finance and marketing and will be eligible for positions that require both technological and business skills.

PhD

Chimie ParisTech - PSL is recognized for its high-level research and accepts around one hundred PhD students in its laboratories, of which 40% are international students. The school has connections to four PhD schools that accompany PhD students throughout their 3-year thesis.

Chimie ParisTech - PSL develops international joint-supervision theses that allow PhD students to receive the title of doctor from each establishment. It is also possible to do a thesis under the joint supervision of two thesis supervisors.
