Welcome Day for New International Students at Chimie ParisTech-PSL
Chimie ParisTech-PSL hosted a welcome gathering for newly arrived international students enrolled in the engineering and master’s programs on October 2 during the lunch break.
This event was designed as an informal opportunity to connect and take stock one month after the start of the academic year. It reflects the school’s commitment to ensuring that every study experience is a success—whether it involves attending courses for a single semester or pursuing a two-year double degree.
Strong institutional presence. The International Relations Office team, the Director of Academic Programs, the Master’s Program Coordinators, and the Head of Student Life were all present to welcome the students and answer their questions.
Supporting academic and cultural integration. The gathering provided guidance on academic life and reminded students of the wide range of services offered by the school and by PSL. The student club CPI (Chimie Paris International), which had organized the two pre-orientation days for incoming engineering students, also took part in the event.
A convivial moment to conclude. The meeting ended with a buffet, giving students the chance to engage in friendly exchanges with their peers and with the school’s teams.
