Chimie ParisTech - PSL has signed around twenty double degree agreements that allow students from European and international partners to obtain an engineering degree from Chimie ParisTech - PSL (or, more rarely, a master's degree from PSL) in addition to the degree from their home institution.

Admission routes

To pursue a double degree at Chimie ParisTech - PSL, an agreement must have been established with the student's home institution.

There are two admission routes depending on the partner:

    • Nomination by the partner institution

Students interested in the dual degree programme must contact the international office of their institution to submit their application. Applications selected by the partner institution are forwarded to the Chimie ParisTech - PSL International Relations Department, which organises interviews and makes the final admission decisions.

    • Selection by the ParisTech international programme

The school shares its international double degree recruitment with six Parisian engineering schools within ParisTech. Visit the ParisTech website for full details of the procedure.

Regardless of the procedure, the process must begin one year before the start of studies in Paris.

Students admitted to the double degree programme receive assistance with the application process and finding accommodation. They are exempt from registration fees for their two years of study.

Upon successful completion of their studies at Chimie ParisTech - PSL, the engineering degree will be awarded once the conditions for obtaining the partner's degree have been met.

If your university is not on the list of partners, you cannot come on a double degree programme, but you can come as a free mover.
