Procedure
A single mobility grant application form must be completed in February for second-semester mobility (internships alone or combined with studies) and for first-semester study mobility in the following year for engineering students.
Grant decisions are communicated in March.
An initial payment of the grant (80% of the total amount) is made upon receipt of the certificate of arrival. The balance is paid upon return from the mobility period, once all formalities have been completed.
The procedure is the same for engineering students and Master's students.
Please note: mobility scholarship can only be requested after the study contract has been validated or the internship agreement has been signed.
