Chimie ParisTech PSL has launched the recruitment process for its next Director. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading an ambitious strategic project for the School, enhancing its scientific excellence, developing its educational programs, and strengthening its national and international visibility.

Vision and leadership. The future Director must demonstrate extensive experience in higher education and research, with a thorough understanding of both the French and international ecosystems. Strategic vision, leadership, and the ability to implement ambitious projects will be essential qualities to guide the School in a changing environment.

 Development of education and research. The candidate will be responsible for increasing the attractiveness of the engineering program, consolidating existing programs (bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees), and furthering world-class research, particularly in the fields of health/life sciences and materials/energy, while promoting interdisciplinary approaches.

Institutional development and resources. The role also involves supporting Chimie ParisTech PSL’s engagement within PSL University, overseeing the modernization of its historic campus, and fostering resource development through industrial partnerships, philanthropy, and research valorization.
